      This company was bought several times and at the end it was renamed as Conduent, they don't care of the employees at the end the only important thing was earning money using them. New people is not training properly and it generates bad quality in their daily work and also the recruitment is too bad as they don't want to pay too much money.

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Minpunten

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
