Pluspunten

They have big plans and are fast-paced. They have some really great ideas and projects; a great place for young finance professionals who want to make money thinking outside the box.

Minpunten

Bad lines of communication. Conix tends to lack clearly defined expectations and often I felt set up for failure being given tasks that fell outside the scope of what I was hired to do while not given tools to train for successful completion. Long hours.

For some these could be considered CONS: Need to be accountable and self managing Fulfil Multiple roles for one employee Need to be able to work in teams and long hours Performance/ Incentive metrics need adjustments/ clarification

Great place to work. Co-workers, management, and owners of the company are friendly, open, and easy to work with. Company has a family feeling to it where everyone feels important. The company keeps you driven to work hard and be at your best with a lot of opportunity to grow and learn. The company is very flexible too if you have doctor apts or need time off.

There are no cons working here.
