It’s disheartening to hear an account manager state they experience a “terrible work environment”. One of the most notable rewards is the total compensation. In addition to a base salary and comprehensive benefit offering, account managers are eligible for commissions, bonuses and special incentive programs. While the particulars of the employee investigation are not known, trust that fostering a work environment of mutual respect is of utmost importance to Connection.
