8yThank you for the feedback! I hope to address two things. 1. Commission withholding for 180 days after employment is communicated in the Employee Handbook that all employees acknowledge upon being hired. This is the chargeback period that we are subject to if any of the transactions are cancelled. 2. As leaders, if we do not ensure our locations are staffed correctly, it falls on us to absorb some of the hours. We have multiple tools in place to assist with getting all locations staffed but not all managers use those resources correctly and are forced to be reactive.
The only time commission would be forfeit is if targets are not met after the chargeback period or if there was some type of employee theft / fraud.
