7yWe have pushed out compensation examples numerous times and if volume was the same as it was last year then the compensation would be higher. Some employees became accustomed to giving away lines of service (which was not good for Sprint or the company) and stopped trying to sell. Reach out to us at commissions@connectivitysource.net and we will gladly share the examples. It has nothing to do with the comp plan but all to do with what sales are being processed. This is a different environment but if you work hard, the money will be there but if you are looking to take orders and give stuff away for free then the money will not be. Reach out, let us help!
