We have many employees that take advantage of being in a competitive commission based environment and CRUSH their commission plans! Your ENERGY, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITY TO CLOSE a sale all puts you in position to make more money! If you do not do any combination of those, then sales may not be best for you. 1 New Act / 1 Upgrade / $50 Accessories / Insurance Attach per day would earn you a great commission check! It is ok though, there are many jobs that just pay flat hourly wages... just will need to get used to asking "Paper or Plastic" or "Would you like fries with that"?
