5yOur compensation structure has not changed in almost 2 years. The only thing that changes are spiffs and accelerators based on business priorities. If you have problems with leadership, we have an open door policy with HR. Often times misunderstandings are due to both sides perceiving something differently as evidenced by your post saying the should not assume about you but you made many assumptions about them. Communication is always key.
