Leaders should always do and stick by what they say. “Difficult conversations” are called difficult for a reason. Generally they are hard to hear but someone has to say them. If you would like to have a conversation, we have an open door policy. Being “Senior Leadership” you should know that and ask questions if there is something you do not understand. They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
