You are entitled to your opinion but HR must research and take action on facts. If there are things you have questions on, they are always available to you. Commission details are loaded for every employee monthly with full details on our commission Dashboard. You can also see your trend daily on another Dashboard. Those, in addition to a compensation calculator are created for all employees. If you need help accessing this, let us know. We are here to help! In regards to commission structure - it has not changed in almost a year- at which point it changed for the better. All that changes occasionally are targets. Targets change in all sales positions.
