The team you are in can be great friends.

Minpunten

You will literally be worked to the point of burnout. No one cares about your well-being in upper management and the only thing that matters is sales. They want you to add anything to the account that will help with commission any way possible, even if it is dirty business. “Do it now and if there is a problem we will deal with it later.” I was also expected to do trainings outside of work.

They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
