Upper management are monsters that don’t give a single bit about you. They hardly pay any commission and have systems and policies in place to take it from you for various reasons. Most out of your control. They set unrealistic goals and work you to the bone. Zero work-life balance.

They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
