You get plenty of opportunities to volunteer. Benefits are really good. You get a day during your work week to either come in at overtime pay or take it off to get appointments and stuff done.

I never got the management I needed to succeeded - they are very metric based when it comes to their call center teams - it doesn't matter how well the customers' feedback on you is - you don't meet metrics, and you're gone.
