Extremely high turn over rate which directly impacts customers. Training is geared towards those just switching departments, not new hires. Don't dare try to use the restroom between breaks. You will be interrogated as to why you are going. Don't call in sick. Ever. They will act as if the entire call center came to a screeching halt and millions of dollars lost. Most unfriendly working environment I have ever seen. Morale is in the toilet, unhappy employees create unhappy customers which is incredibly evident after they have waited 60 minutes or more on hold. Older folks don't have this level of patience nor should ANY customer be expected to wait that long to be helped. How this company got rated one of the 100 Top Companies in Oregon to work for is mind blowing. I'd hate to see what companies who DIDN'T get that rating are like!
