Turn over rate is extremely high.The attendance policy is absolutely non-bending. I've seen many people fired for missing work when it truely wasn't any fault of theirs. One lady that sat behind me tripped on the companies non-marked curb in front of the entrance, she hit the concrete with her face, cutting it up badly and busting two teeth and the fired her for not completing her shift. Whenever you need a supervisor...good luck. You'll have to hunt one down while you have a customer on the phone and could take five minutes or more. Mean while you call time goes up and up and that counts against you and you can get fired for not keeping your numbers up. Training is so poor that they might go over a couple of topics but not cover 95% of what you'll face on the job. Insufficiant tools to acomplish you jobs properly. Antiquated computer systems and sometimes take forever to do even one simple task...but the supervisors keep telling you to just tell the customer that "the system is updating" when it never is. I was fired because my computer dropped calls occasionally and they blamed me. Once again, they will not listen to you. I complained about my computer issues for two months and they did nothing.
