Stats are hard to achieve as most of it is based off average calls per hour and sales, a good majority of calls are troubleshooting phones for elderly people and having to explain how to use it which takes time so keeping CPH high is rough, sales calls are the best way to get new customers but they are few and far between so the expectation is to get sales on existing accounts which most customers are elderly and alone so they are not looking to have a second active line on their account and often get annoyed when asked
