Pluspunten
The company has great time off options when you have worked here for 5 plus years. You keep accruing as long as you never hit your max allotment which also increases over time. That's really the only perk now. We used to have monthly gifts and fun things, like pot lucks, food trucks, luncheons. We thought ended because of Covid, but really it was because of the new change of ownership.
Minpunten
New Ownership, Oregon was where this company was founded and now since the new ownership is in Arizona they have basically forgot we exist. We had a nice gal who controlled all the fun things, but since she was replaced by the buy-out that job has shifted to HR and HR has claimed they don't want to continue with the tradition. For basic cons, we haven't kept the same insurance for longer than a year. Causing us to constantly have to give our health care people new information every year for check ups. Even having to find new providers because they won't take the insurance that I have anymore. Which also means that our out of pocket changes and what we pay to the company for it changes as well. It's not very consistent. Because of the new Ownership, if you aren't part of the Arizona Market, you are easily forgotten. We used to hire from within but now they are just bringing in hundreds of people from outside the company. People have been working here for years, decades almost, waiting for the opportunity to be in a higher position but then they took that option all from us. They didn't even offer the positions to anyone. They just created it for these new people. If you aren't part of customer service, you don't get to enjoy any of the fun things they put on for them. In my specific position, there's nowhere else to go. All you can do is hop to a different department where you have to start from fresh again. No more raises excluding cost of living... which is 2%..... Also, I had the 100% ability to work from home but they wouldn't allow us for no reason. They treat our department like we need to be micromanaged for reasons that are still unknown to me. Favoritism is real and it's all over this company. I was being forced to work over time because someone broke their neck falling down the stairs. It was unnecessary due to the ebs and flow of our department but the new managers don't understand that. They refuse to listen to what we have to say, it's almost like we have been working here for years. I literally only work here for the paid time off. I would have found another job if it paid $20 or higher. To at least make up for the time off I'd lose.
