Rather than working with you, they band together like a pack of wild dogs. If you’re looking for an open collaborative environment, look elsewhere. They are looking for any little thing to call out, whether it’s a tilt of your head, the pitch of your voice… just anything to make it seem as if you’re doing a terrible job. Steer clear of this company as the different departments are very cliquey. They don’t want to foster good relationships with people unless those people look like them.
