Decisions seem to be made suddenly without proper updates to the staff, which creates unnecessary stress and anxiety in the workplace. Instead of building confidence among employees, the company leaves many constantly worried about whether their positions are safe. This environment makes it difficult to stay motivated or committed. A good company should give its employees stability, transparency, and trust — unfortunately, that is missing here.
