Employees overworked. Micromanagement from corporate management. Benefits package very minimal (vacation capped out at 2 weeks a year for all employees). No bonuses. Unsteady schedules. Pays local average. Under national average. No room for positional growth.

Great place to work and gain valuable manufacturing knowledge. Company maintains excellent values and understands work life balance which is rare in the manufacturing industry.

Minpunten

None worth mentioning. It is a manufacturing plant so any "cons" worth mentioning would just be the nature of working in an industrial plant. If you are seeking an entry level position in manufacturing, this is a great place to get your feet wet.
