Not a great place to work now, but was good earlier!

Bad work culture, Bad Salary procedures, No hikes No salaries, No good HR management, No Senior employee to guide the juniors. Asks to work in long nights and Sunday's too, Even after doing hardwork there is No Recognition and Appreciation.

Great place to work, with an extremely fast-paced environment

Long work hours, Top level doesn't understand the complexity of the work, no work-life balance, un-certain salary , not sure when salary will be credited
