A creative team big on being quirky and dyeing their hair, but not on being approachable This was bad. Training involved a lot of "hey go read this without context" and two people who were either too busy to help you or couldn't help but roll their eyes at you for not inherently understanding all ins and outside of the job. A lot of lip service from those two. They talked a good talk, but couldn't be bothered to help with even quick questions.
