- Around 60% interns make up the total staff (turn over every 6 month) - No interest in making their employees better with constructive criticism. - I hope that you like this kind of talk: “it is not good enough” “why is it not good enough?” “Because it is just not good enough” - You will have very interesting projects to work on but you will have no freedom to make this project evolve. - If you are waiting for a ‘thank you’ or ‘great job’ well … you can keep waiting. - Not flexible in work schedule. You have to be there at 9am and leave at 6pm … most permanents and even interns are staying way after 6pm but don’t expect to be rewarded for that. - Some interns don’t have direct manager while an internship is made to learn a job. - No job security what so ever.

I'm sorry that your contractor role didn't work. You stayed only 2 and 1/2 month so I'm not surprised by your review, but your comments only reflect your personal opinion, not what other team members think about the company. Let me clarify a few points: - 60% Intern is a false allegation, clearly overestimated - We do have interns from Top European Universities like Oxford, HEC Lausanne, Supelec and Berlin Business School. - We do offer flexible work schedule and a couple of team members are using this flexibility on a very regular basis. - What we don't offer is "work on a random basis, without any notice" (which is what you wanted) - Starting at 9:00 is indeed important from an organisation point of view (arriving at 9.45 every other day, like you did, is creating organisation issues) - We do respect employees and value their ideas. I wish you to find a new contractor role that better suits you. Since you were reporting directly to me, I can suggest you look for Community Management in the B2C industry, rather than Saas or B2B Marketing. Philippe -CEO

I've been working at Convertize almost 3 years now. 3 years ago, when I started work at Convertize to be honest, I though it will be just another professional experience into my CV. I couldn't be more wrong on this. I am a person who is strongly focused on self-development. I am always aiming to get inside the room, full of people who know more then me - otherwise, I would get a signal, that I am in the wrong room. Converize is definitely the room where I would like to stay. Thanks to people here, I've finally understood the different between "just nice looking" UI and "effective & efficient" UX that helps people around the internet use digital solution more easily. I have to admit, that in the very beginning I've received a huge credit of trust from the management. Probably that's why in 3 years I've been promoted 4 times The best part of it, is that I keep learning literally every single day. If you looking for a place for your career opportunities, I would strongly recommend this company.
