      Pluspunten

      Pay, benefits, plenty of work in summer/winter months, cool employees, regional manager is a pretty solid guy. The work is very easy and the equipment is easy. They switched to Follet ice machines and those are easy to work on.

      Minpunten

      Management, you don’t always get told the truth, drama, too many chiefs not enough Indians, I left a very cushion pension Hvac job to come here and was promised everything and was delivered nothing. I was promised a raise after a year and that was fighting tooth and nail to even get that. I was promised “state of art training” been here 2 years and still have yet to go when I’ve begged for it. Every company has their cons but being lied to about almost everything here doesn’t sit well with me.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate you letting us know about the perks as well as the opportunities for improvement that CoolSys has. We wish every associate were able to go to one of our new training centers, but we have currently had to prioritize spaces based on company need due to the high demand of people who want to take part. We hope that, as more training programs are ramped up, you get an opportunity to go!

      Average day is 12 hours a day with next to no support from management. Alot of the techs are really green and cause more harm than good. The good techs carried the . Alot of secrets, lies and ghost policies that are always changing. I was their top productive tech but when I put my notice in, they wouldnt pay vacation out and abrubtly terminated me. I tried to give hr feedback to improve but no respondes. I worked out of mn, so other branched may be different. 0/10
