Pluspunten
The day to day work is busy but good and you get to speak to interesting customers. The colleagues you work directly with are genuinely lovely people. I am getting as much experience as I can, I love it where my group helps me and I help them everyday. The team spirit is amazing. Out of town parking is a very good bonus too.
Minpunten
The upper management are two faced and rude. There is no need for their 'rule with an iron fist' attitude. They talk disrespectfully behind your back and blame anyone that's suits them with their failings. They keep Coopervision clueless by doing this so they keep their power and jobs. Great staff have recently left with greiviances and every single one that leaves takes positive energy and a wealth of experience with them. If the top management were replaced with experienced and sympathetic Coopervision staff the business would thrive but I'm not holding my breath.
