Thank you for your honest feedback. We're pleased to know that you enjoyed our unparalleled schedule flexibility but disappointed that you were so unhappy with our pay model. Everyone has the same opportunity to make up to $13/hour but that takes focus and effort, regardless of raw typing speed. Everyone gets to Enhanced Pay at their own pace, but a few months is not long enough to get to the full $13/hour. From the beginning, we place special emphasis on creating and using macros as well as hotkeys and other efficiency techniques. Without using those tools, it's nigh impossible to get to 2.0XF or better. You are correct that there are select fast food jobs that may have a higher starting pay, but the nature of the job is what counteracts that. Our employees enjoy the benefit of getting to sit comfortably, not having to wear a uniform, and being left to their own devices.
