great people and culture good work life balance fun place to work

Minpunten

sales engineer's aren't paid on sales and have their salaries capped at base +15%. Bonus is based upon team goals for the whole country so those that put the extra and drive more business earn the same as those who barely cover expenses.

The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

Minpunten

Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
