Pays for training, ability to work from home, friendly coworkers that help you out, very good clients

Minpunten

Bad communication if you get any at all. Poor management no idea how to treat people like people and ask tasks of you that can sometimes be extremely short notice and don't really allow you to say no. Bad morale a large portion of employees looking for new employment because of unfulfilled promises.

The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

Minpunten

Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
