Minpunten

Brought in did the job, zero support first bump in the road and boom you're out. No feedback when let go, just talk to a guy in another state who you have never talked to before to get feedback. No planning after the end of a contract so with no work no job. I left a secure job for a step up and just thrown out. Very unfortunate.

The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

Minpunten

Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
