      I didn't think the job was anything fantastic, but it was good as far as the benefits, and expectations of responsibilities.

      Minpunten

      I would have liked more professional development and more communication with other team members, managers etc. I felt isolated sometimes and it would have been nice to have a team meeting every now and then.

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Minpunten

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
