Pluspunten

Core-Mark is going through a lot of changes and most of them are good changes. The company is always adding new customers and this has allowed employees to work steady hours and even earn some over time. Communication between management and employees has improved over the last year or two. Management asks for employee's feedback on improvements that need to be made. People are friendly and professional. The benefits and time off are good.

Minpunten

Hourly starting pay is only $9.50 but you can receive a few increases during your first year. Training wasn't quite long enough. More training could improve the efficiency and accuracy that is always being talked about in start up meetings.

Pluspunten

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

Minpunten

Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

Position aligns heavily with company growth goal. Seen as a very important position.

Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
