- Mandatory overtime, no doubt. When they hire you they say your second shift, which starts at 2 pm but then they change it to 6 pm and work for 8+ hours. Somtimes it would be around 5 or 6 am when I got out.
- If your sick, have a problem or cant make it in its not really a problem, but when it comes to you being there and you start to not feel well. Sometimes they try and push it aside and keep you work even though you know you should go home.
- Saftey is not a main concern there.
- Some managment will care but alot are just trying to do there time and go.
- If they offer you a promotion, be prepared to wait a while to get that.
- nothing bad with management at all, its more of the business side of it. If the factory is having a hard time supporting itself, then the employees including managment are dealing with hard times to.
