There is no set managerial structure. Every employee is out for themselves and will not help. This along with they will try to snake account from you. It is a declining business with sales going down due to large competitors every quarter.

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
