Minpunten
HUGE TURNOVER RATE FOR EMPLOYEES. Very emotional management (not in a good way). Owner fires employees for entirely invalid reasons to avoid paying unemployment. Says they use scrum/agile, but a daily meeting doesn't constitute as scrum. High expectations with no structure or planning. Owner flies by the seat of their pants, expects you to know exactly what they want without conveying all the details and expectations.
