Pluspunten
I see these reviews on here and as a current employee they really bother me! I’ve been at this company a ‘while’ (read very long time) and there can be absolutely no question that this company is heading in the right direction and is MUCH MUCH improved. Yes not everything is perfect, yes some days and situations are frustrated, yes we can improve, but I have to wonder if people are actually listening and paying attention! Management constantly communicate results and progress, warts and all. Recent employee survey for example showed areas that needed improving and the CEO put them on a 20 foot screen at an all company meeting, then sent them to every employee in the business with an action plan. Did it include every single employee gripe? No. Does it show the companies overall commitment to continue to progress, yes. Honestly I’m not at the point in my career where I would go running around looking for another job even if it was bad here, but actually I like it a lot here. It’s flexible, transparent, honest and challenging. If others don’t like that or can’t see it they should leave

Yes there are cons but from what I hear from newly arriving colleagues, we have a lot fewer cons than ALOT of other local companies
