Corporate staff gaslight you whenever concerns are raised, and turnover is through the roof because no one can take the instability for long. Providers are rushed, patients are treated like numbers, and the entire system feels like it’s built on cutting corners rather than actually caring. Honestly, the best advice I can give is this: fire everyone at the top and start over, because as it stands, this place is a complete mess.
