Work/life balance is reasonable. I rarely work more than 40-45 hours weekly. We have many holidays and three weeks vacation.
Management is not pestering or expecting miracles.

The integration of a singular technology stack is difficult with so many M&As. There exists a lot of old code, with little documentation; the greatest challenge can be re-discovering how complex systems work and only then be able to grow. This may potentially slow the growth of your personal IT development skills.

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
