Nice and friendly team to work with. Very busy with different branches to manage and lots of tasks to do on a daily basis

Minpunten

No much room for growth, and the salaries are a bit low. Also this is a religious company and if you values do not coincide it could make it hard

* Correct Craft treats their employees with the highest degree of respect and they embrace people for who they are which drives people to do their best work. * Correct Craft has a strong learning culture and backs that up by investing in employee development through some great education benefits. * Business unit presidents really know their business and although they may operate in different segments of the marine industry there is a willingness to share and implement ideas across the company for mutual success. * There aren't many industries that are more fun than the marine industry. * The company continues to look for ways to grow.

Minpunten

* With the exception of Orlando, most business operations are not very close to major airports.
