I have worked at Cortech for 3 years and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a fun and fast paced working environment with great growth opportunities. It’s an amazing place to work at as it has great company benefits with a strong and caring management team. Company Benefits - Cortech has good healthcare and dental program, matched 401K plan, with great holiday schedules; - I had never worried about my Monday breakfast because Cortech has always provided. In addition, there is always company-paid train-and-learn lunch sections; - BTW, you will soon be spoiled by Melanie, the branch manager. She is the best chief, and she cooks for the whole company for special events. Be prepared to be amazed by her delicious dishes; (Blake, you made me jealous) Work Culture - At Cortech, colleague treats me like a family member. Staff at all level is supportive and willing to help each other; - The company trains its employees to become the expert.
