I left due to the stressful environment created by management’s approach. There was a constant lack of clear direction, with priorities shifting abruptly and unrealistic deadlines set without input. Feedback was often dismissive or overly critical, which eroded morale. The micromanagement and lack of trust in the team’s expertise made it hard to feel valued or motivated.
