Terrible compensation The manager is unprofessional, rude, extremely arrogant, prejudiced and two-faced Poor training on industry and products They hire anyone who is interested in the industry; if you don’t have a license, that’s fine, but you will struggle to answer any questions presented to you by hair stylists and anyone else who shops there = frustrated professionals trying to get assistance with just about anything

You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.
