Salaire Reconnaissance du travail Aucun avantages (primes, chèque vacances ou autre) Pas de formations, pas d'évolution de carrière (les changements de poste sont horizontaux uniquement) Manque de structuration et d'organisation (l'entreprise grandie mais la gestion est restée celle d'une petite PME)

A great company in a niche market offering great opportunities. People are at the heart of any strategic decisions. Compensation package are fair.

Minpunten

Only for resilient people. The company is at a start-up stage. Though it is a promising project, the market is complicated.

I cannot think of anything positive about this company. Nothing to appreciate. they gave fake promises. Nothing worked as per they said: salary, appraisal, severance amount, closure procedure. Nothing was follow legally. Complete cheating management. the only employee who has been in this company for 3 years is the COO who is a despicable human being.

No respect. No values. Irresponsible leadership. a Leader who spent more time and money on travel than on employee development. a Big story teller and non-performer
