Pluspunten

Friendly people in the workforce. Some very smart individuals who are great to have on your team. You can get a lot accomplished if you're in the right team. Innovation is encouraged through hackdays and online suggestion board. They know their business - digital coupons.

Minpunten

There is so much negativity in some groups that it's hard to feel motivated about your work. Executives pay very little attention to the people who are working to support them. Layoffs/Firings occur regularly - there have been 6 in less than 3 years. No explanation or morale booster for the folks left to pick up without them. Feels like any day could be your last. There is no clear career path, job requirements. Advancements are purely subjective and arbitrary.

Pluspunten

My favorite things so far are the work-life balance, free lunch and snacks, unlimited vacation, treadmill desks, and general positive and friendly attitudes. A lot of fun employee activities here!

Minpunten

Open work space in combination with the lack of small conference rooms. I also think there is room for improvement in terms of implementing corporate-wide systems/process/tools.

When I was there I really enjoyed the experience of working within my team. The people who I worked with have since left, but at that time that we all worked together it was a very enjoyable experience. We got a lot of great work done and we were all aligned under the same goals. There was a lot of things happening in the space and the company was growing very fast.

Minpunten

Teams have become very siloed and there isn't as much collaboration. It's become more of a fiefdom as the company has gotten bigger with top managers fighting to get resources and pass the buck. Too many people being hired to do very niche jobs rather than the wear-many-hats approach that allowed early employees to grow and explore and develop different skillsets. There's not a strong company culture. Steven is not exactly the most charismatic company leader and hasn't really stepped up to create any sort of strongly identifiable sense of culture and camaraderie.
