Really wonderful people trying hard to make a go in an environment that is not conducive to work. People want to do well here and they try really hard.

Cubicles are made out of cardboard. There is no noise cancellation. You can hear people breathe. 80 mile radius is the bar for having to come in the office. Unrealistic. When you don’t pay well, you can’t afford to live close. Executives don’t remember where they came from. If they walked around and saw the conditions, we sit in and really looked. They would know. It takes 6 to 10 years to get a promotion. Promotions are not based on merit. They are based on favoritism.
