I would not recommend working at CreatePay based on my experience. One of the biggest issues I encountered was the lack of proper training and support for new staff. Expectations were often unclear, and employees were expected to perform tasks without receiving adequate guidance or preparation. This created unnecessary stress and made it difficult for new team members to succeed, for the amount of base pay you get it is not worth it the commission structure is not guaranteed. There also appeared to be clear favouritism within the company. Certain employees seemed to receive preferential treatment, while others were held to different standards. This created an unfair working environment and had a negative impact on team morale. The workplace culture often felt tense and unpredictable, leaving employees feeling constantly on edge. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, and many staff members felt uncomfortable raising concerns or providing honest feedback. Accountability was another major issue. In my experience, Lead Creators were frequently blamed when problems occurred, even when the root cause was outside of their control. Rather than addressing the actual source of issues, responsibility was often pushed onto the same individuals repeatedly. I was also disappointed by the company’s apparent lack of concern for employee wellbeing. Mental health, work-life balance, and general staff welfare did not seem to be priorities, despite the pressures placed on employees. Overall, this was one of the most negative work experiences I have had. The combination of poor training, favouritism, lack of support, and a culture of misplaced blame made it a difficult environment to work in. I would not choose to work here again and would not recommend it to others considering employment with the company.

* The commission structure is less competitive compared to other companies in the card payments industry. * Management tends to focus on short-term performance rather than providing ongoing coaching and development. * There appears to be a “hire and fire” culture, with limited long-term support for staff. * Leads and sales opportunities are not distributed evenly, with some individuals receiving preferential treatment. * Performance comparisons can feel unfair, as expectations are measured against those who benefit from these additional opportunities. * The overall environment can feel unbalanced, particularly given expectations such as achieving three appointments per day from cold data, which is challenging in practice. * There is a perception that some successful outcomes are linked to allocated leads rather than solely individual effort.
