You get decent benefits, time off that is easy to use, and the company itself is good to its employees (generally overall).

Minpunten

Working conditions range from extremely hot to extremely cold from lack of able to regulate temperature properly, but management does nothing to fix, only temporary fixes because upper management works in climate controlled office. This department specifically has manual labor, a lot of Physically moving and lifting, no easy access to water to drink as needed, since beverages are not allowed in lab, and break times and lunch times are shorter in this department.

Thank you for your feedback. We work hand in hand with our landlord to improve climate control within the limits and needs of the laboratory environment. We will continue exploring ways to enhance consistency in the employee experience at CTS.

Great place to get experience out of college. A good transition company. Open to rehiring.

Minpunten

Many changes in a short period of time that sometimes dont benefit anyone. Management goes through phases of micromanaging. Raises, bonuses, rewards don't happen. Inflation adjustment is basically all you get. High turnover rate Management has favorites and are sometimes quick to fire.
