      Great place to get experience out of college. A good transition company. Open to rehiring.

      Minpunten

      Many changes in a short period of time that sometimes dont benefit anyone. Management goes through phases of micromanaging. Raises, bonuses, rewards don't happen. Inflation adjustment is basically all you get. High turnover rate Management has favorites and are sometimes quick to fire.

In accordance with our compensation philosophy, we conduct a comprehensive market review every 3 years and adjust compensation accordingly.       Creative Testing Solutions did make the difficult decision to close its Austin laboratory at the end of 2025. We announced this decision in April 2025 to provide as much time as possible for our staff to pursue other avenues for work, including internally with our other facilities. We thank you for your service to the organization!
