It is ineffective to produce well-rounded and talented individuals when employees are constantly berated and mistreated by ill-tempered clients and unethical management. It is astounding the company is still making a profit because of the shady characters they call clientele and CEOs; as well as avoid an embarrassing scandal because of corrupt management—with no consequences for the offenders whatsoever. Supposedly, there is a “zero tolerance” policy, but I did not ever see it executed. Overall, the under-average salary was not worth the mental abuse, anxiety, and terrible quality of life produced.
