Cregger Company is a large distributor in an industry that has a lot of room for growth. This industry is not very appealing to the newer generations, including generation Y. They pass around employees instead of bringing in new blood and grinding with the newbies to teach them the trade. ...the hours are 7 am to 5 pm...

The pros were my loyal customers.

The company trying to take my loyal customers away and give them to two new, less competent employees that could do nothing ( and I mean nothing) on their own. Maybe the newbies exaggerated their sales abilities, but that’s managements fault for not researching them properly. The management is so terrible, the branch that I was located at, had gone through five managers in the last nine years, but.. it’s not regional or corporates fault that they hire poor management; It’s the employees that make them feel threatened by their opinion, fresh ideas, and work ethic. One employee was verbally abusive ( but management did nothing.) Good thing I saved all of those e-mails, just in case. Other branches may be better, but I would steer clear of this one.
