Pluspunten
For a company this size, there still seems to be a bit of a family atmosphere that you wouldn't expect. It's full of super passionate people that enjoy what they do, work hard for the company and eachother, and take pride in outcomes. The general sense of "team" is impressive, although it seems to be disappearing.
Minpunten
The President, Randy Klein is probably the biggest issue this company has. He treats his employees like pawns in a board game for his entertainment. He mistreats people, is verbally abusive, pits VPs/Directors /Managers against each other for his own amusement, employs a form of "hazing" as management tactic for new people just to see what they will do, and regularly reminds people of how inept they are compared to him. If you can stomach the narcissism, sophomoric nonsense, and regularly being told that you "suck at your job", you should do just fine. In addition, there is the general chaos of systems. From Finance to HR, to Marketing to Engineering, the amount of "we just make it up as we go along" in the absence of industry standard processes is astounding. They do a great job of faking it to the rest of the world, but be prepared to be shocked by the amount of standard operational functions that are just "cobbled together in the garage".
