Minpunten
The workload just keep piling up — new projects get assigned while old ones aren't finished, which honestly gets old when you're the only one handling your area. I brought it up a few times and got told "we're working on hiring" or "it's just a busy season", except the busy season never ends, and the hiring never actually happens. By month eight I was checking email at 11 PM just to stay afloat, canceling plans because something urgent always come up, and my manager basically shrugged and said everyone's stretched thin right now. The kicker is watching new people come in, get overwhelmed after a month, and then leave — which just makes the problem worse because you end up training your own replacement while still drowning in your actual work. I don't blame the people who left; honestly, I should've gone sooner instead of trying to prove something o a company that wasn't paying attention.
